How To Place An Order



Please use the Contact Us form if you have questions, comments or to place an order, change or create a new design and for custom and or personalized orders. 


Payments: Payment is due upon receiving the Pay Pal invoice unless other arrangements have been made with us. We have several ways to make payments, Check or Money Order, you can mail a personal check or money order. (Non local personal checks will require a 5 day holding period before your item will be made) Credit or Debit card payments through a Pay Pal invoice.
 We ship through the US Postal Service at this time.



Shipping & Handling

Domestic Shipping:  A shipping and handling fee is charged and ranges from $15.00 each for orders over10 pieces and $18.00 for individual pieces depending on the size of the item. On custom and larger designs shipping will be determined by weight and size. We ship through the US Postal Service at this time.
International Orders: If you live in a foreign country and want to purchase a Wood Worx by John design, use our contact form to request a quote and someone will contact you. Make sure to include any added details. International shipping costs are determined by the cheapest shipping methods, usually by U.S. Air Mail rates. This rate is calculated by the size and weight of the box. We try to keep the cost of international shipping as low as possible and at the same time we try to pack every product in a way in which it will arrive to your location safely. Please do not place an international order before you contact us so we can give you an exact quote.

When will my product ship out? please allow 2-3 weeks depending on the order size and how many orders are ahead of you.  If we receive your order on a Sunday or a holiday, your order may take one or two more days to arrive. Standard Ground Delivery for our products using the U.S. Mail will arrive within 3 to 11 business days from the ship date to most American cities. You will receive a confirmation from us with information including your tracking number and the approximate arrival date of your design. What must I do if my order is late? If your order is late, please contact us as soon as possible. Your order may be late because no one was available to accept delivery. The shipment will be returned to our location, and there will be a delay in your order and you may be responsible for shipping costs on re-delivery. However, if no delivery was made due to a mistake from us or the delivery service, then you will not be responsible for shipping. What happens if my order arrives damaged? If your item arrives damaged, refuse the delivery before the driver leaves and there will be no cost to you. Please contact us through our contact form immediately if this happens. If you accept the delivery and decide that you still want a refund for a damaged product, you must still contact us as soon as possible. Once we receive the returned product and have determined that it is no fault of yours, we will supply you with a refund or replacement.
